As popular as the classic characters of Raggedy Ann & Andy are in America, they're equally loved in Japan, as shown by the Mitsukoshi Department Store's tribute to the red-headed brother and sister this past fall. The "Raggedy Ann & Andy American Country Fair" retail event at the Ginza Mitsukoshi store was met with huge sales success and featured exclusive merchandise including a design collaboration with famous doll and quilt creator Yoko Saito. Hills Café, located on the 2nd floor of the store, also participated by serving an original menu for the event.

Licensing opportunities to utilize the well-known symbols associated with the MTA such as subway cars, route indicators, maps, tokens, and the Grand Central Terminal are available in categories including apparel, accessories, toys, social expression, gift and stationery, home video and promotions.
